Contact

Last Updated: 2026-05-02

There is no contact form on this page.

A contact form would require capturing your name and email through our infrastructure, and we have designed The VU Apps not to do that. Instead, here are the channels through which you can reach VuLabs Inc.

Email

  • General: hi@thevuapps.com
  • Support: support@thevuapps.com
  • Privacy: privacy@thevuapps.com
  • Legal: legal@thevuapps.com
  • Security disclosures: security@thevuapps.com — please use PGP for anything sensitive.

When you email us, your email provider learns that you contacted us. For sensitive correspondence, use PGP. For maximally sensitive correspondence, use a privacy-respecting operating system and a disposable email address.

GitHub

  • Bugs and feature requests: github.com/thevuapps/thevuapps/issues
  • Pull requests welcome. See /developers/contribute.

GitHub is operated by Microsoft and will see your activity. If you need to report a bug anonymously, use the security email channel above with PGP, or contact us via Tor.

PGP

Our maintainer key fingerprint is [REQUIRES_CONFIRMATION: PGP fingerprint not yet published]. Once published, the key will be available on keys.openpgp.org and keyserver.ubuntu.com.

Tor

An onion address is planned. Until it is published here, please prefer the email channels above for sensitive correspondence.

Response times

VuLabs Inc is a small team. Expect responses in days, not hours. Security disclosures sent to security@thevuapps.com with a PGP-encrypted body are prioritized.

Channels we do not operate

  • Live chat widgets — they load tracking JavaScript.
  • Phone support — we have no way to verify identity, which is the point.
  • Account-recovery via "ID verification" — see /no-recovery.
  • Outbound "customer success" outreach — we do not know who our customers are.
